What we do
KOSPI News is an independent, English-language data site about the Korean stock market. We publish daily close prices, market caps, valuation ratios (P/E, P/B, dividend yield), foreign investor flows, corporate filings and macro indicators for companies listed on KOSPI and KOSDAQ, presented in charts and tables that are easy to read at a glance.
The site is published from Seoul and written for investors outside Korea who want a clear view of the Korean market without a language barrier. It is free to use and requires no account.

Data sources
- Korea Exchange (KRX) — daily close prices, market cap, volume, P/E, P/B and dividend yield for KOSPI and KOSDAQ stocks
- DART (Financial Supervisory Service) — corporate filings and financial statements
- Bank of Korea (ECOS) — benchmark rate, Korean Treasury bond (KTB) yields, money supply and foreign-exchange reserves
- Yahoo Finance — global indices, FX rates and commodity prices
Update schedule
Korean market data is updated after the market close, from 17:00 KST on trading days (Korea Exchange trading hours are 09:00–15:30 KST, Monday to Friday, excluding Korean public holidays). Filings are collected throughout the trading day. Bank of Korea statistics follow their monthly release schedule, and global indices and commodity prices are refreshed several times a day.
